How reviews are verified
Verification aims to confirm a real experience while protecting the customer’s private information.
The review path
- SubmissionThe reviewer provides an email, job date, rating and a description of the work.
- Basic checksDuplicate, promotional, abusive and obviously unrelated submissions are removed.
- Experience checkWe may ask for an invoice, message, booking record or another detail that connects the reviewer to the job.
- Privacy and relevanceUnnecessary personal information is removed while the substance of the experience is preserved.
- Publication or explanationThe review is published, returned for clarification or rejected with the applicable policy reason.
Ratings on current profiles
Google ratings are displayed as third-party information and clearly labelled. They are not counted as reviews collected by this directory and are not used as this site’s AggregateRating.
